End of controlled parking zone
An 'end of controlled parking zone' sign marks where the CPZ stops - past it, the zone's blanket waiting hours no longer apply.

What it means
Beyond the zone-ends sign you're back to normal signing: any restriction has to be shown by its own lines and plates again, rather than by a single zone sign. It doesn't mean 'park anywhere' - there may be another zone, or ordinary yellow lines with their own time-plates, just past it.
Always read what's actually on the kerb where you want to stop.
